Everything was new and spacious. The location was literally a few steps away from the city center. Surprisingly the room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bedding lovely. I was appreciative of the coffee maker and the nice sparkling water. The bar area is very nicely designed and had several large lounge areas. It wasn’t very crowded at all, which was a bit unexpected for a city that vibrant just around the corner.

The staff at reception desk was a marvel: professional, efficient, adaptive for difficult situations and very friendly. Location is right near the historical center, in easy reach by short walk. Room was very clean and comfortable for sleep and some office work

Central location and less than 400 meters from The Speyer Dom Square, rooms were spacious and welcoming and staff were friendly and helpful.

The lobby is really a gem to look at, displaying quite a few pieces of art (not sure if the rainbow-inspired items are there for good or if they will be replaced when pride month June is over). The staff is very nice and helpful, especially the folks serving breakfast (which is a major asset).

The welcome we received from reception staff wasn't particularly welcoming. No smiles or nice greetings. However the hotel location and comfort and breakfast made up for it. Parking costs euro 8 per night and it's across the road.

Location was excellent. Very close to the Old Town. We were there when the Christmas markets were open so those were nearby. Pet friendly and good sound insulation. The rooms were very quiet. I didn't even know there were many other guests with dogs because of how quiet it was in the rooms.
